Stop the Police

about

This track was composed after the lynching of George Floyd and is respectfully dedicated to his life.
'Stop the Police' was written after 8 plus years of deadly police brutality being amplified in more powerful ways along with the use of smart phones and social media made it more and more clear to the masses who vile and violent the police in this country behave, especially towards folks of color, Black people most specifically but also towards the poorer class in this country as well.
We the people have had enough of this brutality and stand in direct defiance of this. This song is but one of many more to come in direct opposition of this current shitstem that devalues the lives of it's citizen's and places Black life as the lowest priority in this racial and economical hierarchy built upon White supremacy and Capitalism.

Stop the Police lyrics
110 bpm G min Music and Lyrics byWritten By Joseph Mcguire (Walter Queens Music) Afro-Beat-House-Funk-Breaks
Verse
What is this world we are living in?
They kill a man for the color of their skin
Where a man can’t live to be free ?
To live out his entirety
Bridge:
Time we change this shitstem
To include all the people
Create an equal opportunity
Each person live and peace and harmony
Chorus
Stop the police!
From killing the people
Defund the police
Programs in the cities
Verse:
What is this world we creating?
Rise above all the hating
Where a man can live to be free ?
To live out his entirety
Bridge:
time we change this shitstem
to include all the people
create an equal opportunity
and live and peace and harmony
Chorus
Stop the police!
From killing the people
Defund the police
Programs in the cities
let’s end this police state
In our society
Invest back in our people
Work towards equality
